I would not even give this utility company one star rating. they charge way to much for their service. flat rate to rent meter and flat rate for sewer usage based on their fees. you are charged a fee for both. even if you never use a drop of water or flush your commode! THEY ARE CHARGING THE FAMILIES WHAT THEY WANT, DUE TO THE FACT; THEY ARE THE ONLY WATER SUPPLIER IN JOSHUA, TX.
