Worse customer service you can get. I think a used car lot down the street has better customer service. Place an order on October 5th and was promised delivery within 10 weeks. So far so good very polite and courageous on the phone. Called around Christmas time to check on order status got a big run around and excuses and was told to call next year due to all managers being on vacation. Called in Jan and was told that the chandelier that I ordered has been discontinued. I don't understand how it can take 14 weeks to find out that this product is no longer in production. Asked what they can do for me on a similar model and all the customer rep had to say is I'll refund your money. All I can say DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM!!

World Class Lighting is fantastic. They have great products and wonderful customer service. I accidently broke an arm to my chandelier while installing. They immediately sent me a new one which came broke. I took a photo and emailed it to them. They immediately sent me not one, but two new arms for my chandelier. They were so accommodating and understanding. Always spoke to a person not a machine. I highly recommend their products, their service and their good nature.
