Elderly American Veteran given 15 days notice of lease termination after 54 months of on time payments and no violations REASON YOU ASK? they said with witnesses "NO REASON WE JUST DONT WANT YOU HERE ANYMORE" SHAME ON THEM..and they did this during the peak of snowbird travel season when all other campgrounds full if you go to this park ask any resident about this 02/17 he was on lot 726 for 54 months worst thing is although management did this they made it clear that the owner was aware of it and choose not to give not one extra day even when calls were made on behalf of this veteran from the offices of a US house of Representative, a Florida House of Representative and a Congressman. Although God blessed him with a better campsite with better management people liked this do not deserve the freedom this veteran fought for SHAMEFUL AND DISRESPECTFUL
I like quietness and pleasant folks, but I like loudness too so for that, the clubs are allover the beach and Tampa. I've seen much older and much younger folks in winter. The beach is only 20 mins. away at rush hours. I have to say that the pools are always well-kept. And yes, the management is as beyond friendly and helpful as them Canadians who know how to party within the time allowed 8p-10p :( are; those folks really know how to live and are full of energy. If I had to take down one star, is because on Saturdays the parties ends too early, would like to see more tropical trees around, and wish the pool was an Olympic-size one. A few things here for sure: the activities here are endless, I've polished my 10-and-only French phases, Management is way cool, and I've met some very enriching (culturally) and fun Canadians, Austrians, and British folks.

This is a the friendliest Park I have ever been too. It is also the most active place during the season that would ever see, it's like stepping back into the old days, when people spoke to each other and smiled!
We have stayed here for a number of winters and really like the park. It is an older RV park so the lots are smaller than some newer places BUT the park is well maintained and the staff are beyond helpful. Lots of winter activities are offered and the pool and spa are always clean and kept heated. Lou and Robin are competent and maintain a friendly atmosphere in the park.
A very clean park. Mostly French Canadians in winter who think they own the park and take over. Management is extremely helpful and nice. Have stayed there last two winters. Good activities; close to everything.
Highway access difficult being located at the noisy overpass. Pool & Spa often scummy. Mostly inhabited by 70 year olds. Loud, & crowded by French Canadians in tourist season.
