The Sands offer luxuries such as 9-foot ceilings, covered balconies, washers and dryers in the home, laminate hardwood floors, plush carpeting, and effective but quiet ceiling fans. Additional amenities include spacious closets, glass showers with soaking tubs, a culinary kitchen island, and a dine-in kitchen with windows. Surrounding your three-story garden-style building is lush green grounds with walkways that lead to a vast resort-style seawater pool and lounge area, an outdoor kitchen, barbecue area, jogging track, and sidewalks along a beautiful lake. Our new dog park and playground area allow you to entertain your friends, family, and pets. Living at the Sands, you'll also have unlimited access to the clubhouse featuring a Wifi Cafe Lounge and a fantastic Fitness Club, both occupied with large flat screen TVs.
