I sent my watch to this place to change the battery. I wait for more than two months for any answer. After two months I requested they return my watch without any service. I'm Waiting for my watch yet.... I spoke with tissot us and they said that this not an authorized dealer. Be carefull......

It is very difficult to find good service these days. I really hit the jackpot when I found the Swiss Watch Service Group. They were most helpful, and went out of their way to please. They repaired my Movado like new, and updated me as to when the repair would be completed and when to expect return shipment. I worked with Irene, and cannot praise her enough. I was very disappointed with the experience that I just received from SWSG in Clearwater. When I sent them my watch overnight it took a 10 days for anyone to call me about receiving the watch. Then, they explained to me that I needed to have a full service done on the watch instead of the battery that I asked them to replace. Therefore my charges went up from $25 to $170. After I explained to the clerk that I did not want to do a full service she said that she would get back to me. After waiting another 10 days I called them. The woman explained to me that I have four choices: 1. I can have the watch returned to me with no services done ( keep in mind I paid the $20 shipping to them and will be responsible for the $16 to have it returned; $36 for nothing) 2. I could have the battery replaced with no warranty on the service because it is not what they recommended. 3. I could have the whole service done 4. They could destroy the watch at my request. I was mostly upset they never called.

These folks are simply the BEST! Fast. Knowledgeable. Reasaonable prices. Terry is the watchmaker/manager. Super-nice guy and great at what he does.
