They are fantastic...I have had them for just over 10 years and I have not one complaint...only compliments. My team of men are fantastic. Customer service is superb...I highly recommend this company!

I have been using Solar now for 3 months and I'm thrilled with the sevice I receive! The guys are friendly, thourough, and always put my cans neatly up in the driveway with the lids on. The rates are the best and the office staff is helpful. I did have a problem with my first full bill. They had the wrong billing address for some reason. It was easily fixed though. Thanks Solar for the great service and keep up the good work!! I have already had a friend switch companies based on my praise of your company!

I just switched to your company after I found out that my current company sold to a national company,Louies waste and recycling , this company started not even a year ago and now sold? That tells me that they never cared for its customers or the county that we live in. After some research I found out that Solar Sanitation has been servicing pinellas for 30 years. ypur staff was more than happy to help me and made me feel very comfortable and happy to serve me. I will be telling all my neighbors to switch to Solar. I only wish That I found Solar sooner.

We've used Solar over 6 years, a number of neighbors including ourselves have been less than happy with the service. Being in a gated community makes it to change to another company because the other companies won't enter your road unless they have X customers in it. Hence, Solar gets to keep a monopoly. The gripes we have are the workers can very careless, your bin may be left in the road where they just throw it to the side rather than putting it back where they retrieved it (no it isn't the wind, we've all seen it happen). If they drop something or a bag rips don't expect much effort to be made to clean it up. Most disconcerting is the number of times I've seen fluorescent tubes dumped, even though their vehicles clearly state they do not collect them (it was illegal to do so the last time I looked), the collection crew will throw them in the back! To their credit, they do make full collections, even when they've clearly had very long days in awful weather.
