these guys are terrible. I had a PVC fence installed 6 months ago - with a 1 year warranty... the gate broke because of a bad weld, and they claimed it was 'an act of god'... they wanted over $500 to fix it. after fighting with them for a few weeks, a buddy of mine fixed it for me for $30. with $20 of parts coming from Smith Fence. Stay away... they are useless.

The service you receive is superior to other companies out there. They have been in the business for over 30 years, and have knowledgeable people working for them. The prices are very fair and the product is top notch. My fence looks great and I have not had any complaints.

I bought a vinyl fence and I love it. We had a wood fence before and they came in and removed it put up my new fence. It looks amazing, my backyard is now the envy of the neighborhood. I shopped five or six companies and they went above and beyond the call of duty and even matched the price of another company. I was impressed. For what is worth I hope that helps.
