      I had the fortunate opportunity to recently become acquainted with PostalAnnex+ Clearwater, Fl. Associate named Rishi during an International DHL & FedEx Parcel Shipment that went array. Rishi, the good man that he is went the extra distance, even though it was not required of him in an attempt to resolve an unfortunate International Shipping incident that thank goodness was finally resolved with the assistance of my good man Rishi.       My family and I are impressed with the fast and quality service that we received from Postal Annex. We were uncertain about shipping a very fragile and delicate package that meant a lot to us; however, they assured us that they stood by their word. "I am very proud to say that our package got delivered on time as they promised and intact." Also, because they offered such great customer service, my family and I continue to take advantage of the other amenities that they offer.
