We bought a big sectional last Nov. Ran about 4,200. They tried to sell me the fabric protector. I said NO.. PERIOD.. I don't want it. But they were so desparate (for lack of a better word) lowered my price on the sectional to put the fabric protector in it.. Have no idea why. But, whatever I didn't pay extra. I've had the service guy out twice for the cushions. Not a big deal. Just hope it doesn't fall apart. So far the service has been ok.

I bought a new mattress which was delivered to my home, it was not the right one, I tested a soft mattress, and this one I recieved was firm, the manager said I couldn't return it because the plastic had been torn off, which the delivery guys had torn off the plastic, not me. She said I had to sleep on it for 30 to 60 days to let my back adjust to the new mattress, first of all, who would want it after it has been slept on upon returning it to the store, and I went to the store to try and reason with the mgr. and to no avail, I wasted my time. I will never go and buy anything else from them. So when you buy something from kanes, your stuck with it, don't think about return policy, because there is none.

I bought a sofa in January, of course, I was talked into purchasing the 'fabric protection spray' for ONLY another $75. well, today, my puppy peed on the couch...the urine did NOT bead as I was told liquid would...and much to my surprise, the protection doesn't cover pet accidents, only human...really? does it matter if it's pet urine or human urine? urine is urine and it's liquid, so it sholdn't soak through...right? the couch is very worn already, it looks very much older than its 6 months. I feel the quality is certainly not worth the price. this place is a joke with their 'must haves' and extended warranties!!!!

This was our first visit to and purchase from a Kane's Furniture Store. Overall, we were very pleased with our experience. We were especially happy with the service we received from the sales woman who was very knowledgeable of your products and extremely patient with us as we labored through our decision-making process. She also provided excellent follow-through after the purchase. In all, we found her demeanor to be more like that of a helpful friend than a salesperson. She is truly an asset to your company and we look forward to doing business with her again in the future.
Tried to get a Chest for my Daughter, bought and paid in July, it's end of Sept and they, once again, are telling me it will be another month! Every month the same story, something about their computer system not knowing. Sales person never returned calls! Terrible customer service and NO PRODUCT!

Kanes has the worst customer service. I have had a problem with my bedroom set for over 2 months. Their only solution was to give me store credit. Like I would ever go into a kanes again let alone buy something there.

This is a little late in coming but I wanted to take the time to say thanks to Kane's for the way they handled our purchase that we made last year.We had purchased a leather loveseat and couch and a few months after purchasing it the cushions started to collapse. Upon calling this to your attention and having a service person out to do something, it continued to collapse.AFTER THAT you had us come in and select another piece of furniture and had it delivered to us and picked up the couch and loveseat we had. We do appreciate the way you handled this and in a very timely manner. The many other pieces of furniture that we purchase in the past years has given us much pleasure. And we will definitely return to your store should we be looking for anything more. Thank you so much!

I just bought a bedroom suit and a living room suit from JT. He is the best sales person in your store in Melbourne. He lets you look around without bugging you or putting any pressure on you. He has a very professional approach on closing the deal. Too bad, you don't have half a dozen sales people like JT selling your product. Nice selection of furniture. We shopped Rooms To Go and Shley's furniture and they didn't even come close to your quality or selection. One problem I had with Kane's was I did not get a FREE 50 inch TV. In addition, I needed the furniture stored in Kane's warehouse for a couple of days and was told they could not do it. Did not set well. Other that that JT made it a pleasant experience. Hats off to JT.Thanks!!

save your money bought a couch that was poor quality and was just a hassel and they did not want to take back after having three weeks and looked like it was 5 years old.....
Awful Customer Service & delivery. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. I bought a living room, entertainment system & bedroom set. Had a problem with every single item delivered to me. Installer dropped part of my entertainment center & scratched the glass shelves (black undercoat). bedroom set had a scratch on nightstand and bedstand had plastic piece on front half way ripped off. living room set it was dirty & one screw in legs was broken. I was told by the delivery men to call and have a tech. come out and fix things he was unable to fix. Delivery men & the store customer service was dreadful!
I purchased a very expensive formal dining room group, in early December. Paid for it all at once. Delivery was promised in a month. After a month, I had several deliveries made, but was never what I asked for.First, it wasn't even the color advertised on the web. But I settled for it. First delivery was half the table and a couple of chairs. (not assembled) When I began opening boxes, I realized I had no table legs. Requested the legs to come with the china buffet and hutch. Delivery was 2 weeks later. Again no assembly, they brought the same table, with no legs. 2 weeks later, delivery of china buffet and hutch, again, no table legs It is the end of January, and I have to wait another 2 weeks for the same table legs. I hope they miraculously appear. Almost three months wait for a dinig room, but it did not take THEM three months to charge me.
I purchased three rooms of furniture (bedroom, living room and dining table) from Kane's only to return the dining table and sofa and loveseat.The sofa corners were dirty and worn, the love seat had a six inch rip in the side. One drawer in the bedroom dresser was broken, and the end table was missing. The dining table was scuffed and scartched. Finally, a technician came out to repair the table only to make the scratches worse. They agreed to exchange the table top, and twice sent new tops which were damaged or scratched also. I agreed to keep the top and have it repaired, but they refuse to make any monetary adjustments.
