Technicians were nice and neat when then came to give me a check up on my unit for the season but I was disappointed on the pressure to sell me a UV light for an outrageous price. I declined. I called around and I found alot of these large companies overprice all their optional parts including filters. My sister had said she uses a family owned company with only 4 employees and they are great and very personable and are always there for her not like these bigger companies. SO BYE BYE Jack don't need you back.

Really, I know Jack and his family personally. Neither Jack or and of the family members has ever turned their back on a customer or took someones money without offering the best service out there. You might want to take a trip back down there and talk to Jack in person. He has never refused to talk to a customer and if I remember correctly, he answers most of the phone calls coming in. This company has always been good to me. No complaints at all.
