Didn't just take my doller and tell me to GO LOOK like other yards. The guy ask what part I was looking for then typed it in the computer to let me know if he even had a car on the lot that would fit my door mirror before sending me for a wild goose chase walk. He said if he didnt have the car he didn't want to take my doller and just send me for a walk. WOW common sence and kindness at a u pull it.. Very refreshing. Had the mirror $12 bucks. I went to get parts for my wife's car. Brought my 76 y/o father {was in the wrecking business 40 yrs ago}with me. After signing in he got tired after about 300 feet. I figured we'd call it a day and head home. In the building a man from the back office saw that my father was looking a bit tired. He brought my father a cold bottle of water and offered a chair. He said he'd keep a eye on him while I got my part. When I walked back into the yard I could hear my father going on about being in the wrecking business long ago. In the yard I looked up and saw my father go by with this man on a golf cart. This was the OWNER of the yard! {Rich or Richie} He showed my father much respect that day/ took time to listen to a old man in the same business when most others would never. I had not seen my father smile that big in 20 years! My father still tells all his friends about it. Thank you Expressway / owner for not being money hungry and rude like others. My first stop always now.
