Not sure what the problem is.... Its the only place I order from, the food is fantastic,,,,,, Yes she can be A little testy ,,,, Its always busy and I have never had cold food there,,,,,,,Never waited that long,,,,,,,,For anyone wanting to try it,,,,, please do......I LOVE IT.....Was just looking for the number again,,,,and seen all these reviews,,,,,,Not true,,,,,,,

Just ordered for the first time. Lady on the phone sound like she was annoyed that I called. She did not take my name or number which in other places they do. I hope my order comes out ok. Will write next review with that info. Wish me luck.

We ordered from them almost 1 year ago because family was out of town. The food was over 1.25 hours to arrive, it was cold, and the order was completely wrong, the woman on the phone lied to me several times and I had to argue to get some measly amount of credit. I said NEVER AGAIN. Well, the Chinese food pamphlets piled up in the kitchen and we forgot which was the horrible one and made the mistake of calling them again. Guess what??? If horrible can worse, China 99 certainly has proved it's possible. Food delivery was over 75 minutes, cold and the meat was nasty. Seriously, I mean the "meat" was nasty. Oh, the the lady who likes to lie about the status of your order when you call; she's still there. Yay!! I decided to intentionally KEEP their pamphlet this time. With a Sharpie, I have written "DO NOT EVER FOR ANY REASON USE THIS RESTAURANT" in case we happen to forget.

Had food twice and won't order there again. Delivered both times. Once they forgot the sweet n sour sauce and took over an hr. for them to come back. By then the food was ruined as well as our appetites. They should of given us a side dish to make up for there mistake. Who eats orange rinds?

Good Eating! Such a friendly staff and very accomodating. Have a nice beverage at the Copper Mug next door then return to pick up your to go order. The food is tasty.
