Stay away. Bestway is just plain awful. I signed a one-year contract with Bestway for lawn care, shrub trimming and bed maintenance. This was a huge mistake. They repeatedly skipped my lawn and seldom, if ever, weeded my beds or trimmed my shrubs unless I asked them to. Two of my neighbors used them as well. I would come home and find their lawns mowed, but not mine. The first time it happened, I called and was told that my lawn was too wet. It had been raining, so I said OK. The second and third time was unacceptable. I would call the office and ask to speak to the manager, but he would only communicate using email. Even when I threatened to leave, he still would not call. Needless to say, I now have a new lawn service. Look elsewhere for good service.
