I have been going to their salon for years now. They know me by name, I am always a pleasant customer, I keep my appointments and I tip on top of the slightly higher prices every single time I receive a service. I came today 4/13/2017 to get a full set and pedicure. My full set was rushed and the quality looks like bland acrylic nails. They do not look natural at all ( Sim has given my natural looking acrylic nails in the past, but not today). Then on to get my pedicure, and I originally had gel nail polish on my toes done by different nail tech. Sim went on and on about how bad the poish job was previously done and even enlisted the other nail tech that was a favorite of mine (Martha). She also added in her opinion a couple times and they laughed together. Regardless of the previous nail tech's work I should not be ridiculed. It is so disappointing because I have been a faithful customer. But I am in the customer service field and I know that service can make you stop doing business with a company and this time I can totally relate. I reality can't believe this and I am hoping that your nail tech's does not treat anyone else this way regardless of there personal opinion! I am not paying for that.

Today was my first visit...........and definitely not my last. The salon was very clean and all the tools were sanitized in an autoclave machine. They also have a buffer and nail filer kit for each client that they hold onto it for your next visit (they are kept in individual bags with your name). Tina did an excellent job on my pedicure and was very friendly.

great & clean place !! i love the fact that they use medical autoclave to sterilize their tools and you get your own personal complimentary kit, best of all, they all speak English very well and the staff are very friendly and professional!!!
