We came home from a weekend away to our a/c making a very loud and disturbing noise. I did some research and decided to give All American Air Conditioning a call. It was after hours but they called me back first thing in the morning. The owner was really courteous on the phone and told me they call me back when they were on the way. He called a few hours later and showed up just as our a/c quit working. Within a few minutes he had our fan torn apart, showing us the problem and it was re-installed and running within the hour. The best part, it was an affordable repair! Im sure other companies would have tried to rip us off but he didnt. The installation is very neat and professional looking, and there was no mess left for us to clean up after they left. The technician arrived less than 2 hours after I first called and less than halfway through the 4-hour time window they gave me on the phone. He was friendly, quick, thorough, and informative, and gave me tips to prevent the problem from recurring.

Cooled My House After Another AC Company Left Us Hot. Yesterday we called another AC company that came out and looked at our unit, but couldn`t do anything that day and left us without AC and told us they couldn`t do anything until Monday at the earliest. We called (company name) this morning and they came out within two hours of us calling them. They found a work-around that is allowing our house to be cooled off while parts arrive so they can do the real repair. Next time something breaks I`ll definitely be calling (company name) first!
