General Info
Action Plus Bail Bonds has served Pinellas County for over 32 years. Before establishing Action Plus, Owner Frank Kopczynski was a hospital administrator and the Vice President to Managed Facilities of two national companies that helped failing hospitals get back on their feet. In April, 1988, after receiving his Professional Bondsman License, Frank and his wife, Mary Jo opened Action Plus Bonds across from the Pinellas County Jail. This ideal location was a major contributor in establishing the business because it allowed Action Plus Bail Bonds to be a convenient place for their clients to seek help posting bail. Frank has been involved in many local committees organizations, including Families Against Mandatory Minimums, National Alliance of the Mentally Ill NAMI, The Pinellas Domestic Violence Task Force and the Pinellas Ex-offender Re-entry Coalition. In addition to being appointed to two Florida state governor's ex-offender task force, Frank has also lectured at Eckerd College, as well as several local high schools and law enforcement agencies.

These people are the best. They are super fast and very understand. Hopefully I won't ever have to use them again but if I knew someone who did. I would highly recommend them.
