ABS has always treated us fairly. The owner answers his phone when called and answers your questions honestly. He has never tried to upsell us anything. He gives us all of our options and recommendations, then he tells us that we are "adults" and it is our decision. I'm so glad he doesn't try to mislead us.

They are also excellent at giving excuses and stories about how your part was not working correctly even after you have the old part tested and find out it is in perfect working condition. They don't even deserve one star. RIP OFF comes to mind when I called them for a checkup (a/c work perfectly) to get ready for the winter after seeing their low cost ad. I told them to get off my property after the tech started upselling me stuff I knew I did not need (unit only 3 years old) and he is telling me I should consider replacing it soon as it is needs an expansion valve, a new evaporator coil etc. I asked him why do I have low freon and he said no but the parts show signs that it will???? I talked to a friend of mine and I had his a/c company come out for $68 (Heinz A/C) and the technicians were very knowlegeable polite and said the system was in excellent shape no signs of problems told me to make sure I change my filters and reminded me that the unit was still under parts warranty for 6 more years. So I ask you ABS what the heck are you trying to pull. I will never use you again and I will be sure all my friends and family never do either.

Don't trust these guys, we have used them on a few occasions regretfully and they are always contradicting and misleading. They always resort back to you need a new coil. We finally gave in and had it replaced and 3 months later they were back out same problem. Also they do not guarantee there work.

Called for a special tune up for $24.75. Serviceman said I had a major freon leak. it needed a $850.00 to fix. It was working fine, just looking for a check up. He pressured me into the repair, but I declined. I called another company. They found no leak and the air conditioning unit was full of freon. Be careful of this company.

They were really great people to deal with. We have a old AC and they were able to get a part and keep the price down. Great. Great.

A local favorite because they have serviced several of our commercial properties and everytime they are courteous and prompt. They always make sure our needs are met and never offer anything we don't need.

Had thousands of dollars worth of work done, installers left the home a mess, had to have work redone because it wasn't done properly or safely from the start, still dealing with this company which is not a pleasant or professional experience. Company is not dependable, word of company managers is worthless, promises unkept. Would never deal with them again and would never recommend them to anyone. BEWARE!!!

My elderly mother called for a check up. The air conditioning was working fine. The service man said there was several things wrong with the unit and wanted over $800.00 to fix it. I called another company to check it and they could not find anything wrong with it. Be careful of this company. They are a scam.

What crooks, called for a $19.00 17 point inspection. Tech said I had a freon leak. And wanted to change a part for $500.00. My neighbor also had the same tech check theirs and they also had the same leak. Called another company for a second opinion and they found no leaks in both our systems. $19.00 special is just a scam to get in your door and up sell you on something you dont need. Watch out for this company.
