I needed to find a new dentist after moving to lake county recently. My previous dentist recommended Dr. Ringrose. The office manager, Erin helped get all my records transferred and handled the insurance billing . The staff was friendly and caring. Dr. Ringrose was very knowledgeable and thoroughly explained everything to me. I now have a new dentist and can highly recommend to anyone

Marginally okay dentist, rude unprofessional staff. Started out ok, but the quality of service has drastically deteriorated over the last year or so. I do not know why. Had to have another dentist correct Dr. Ringrose's mistakes which was really unpleasant and shouldn't have been necessary!



Teeny tiny little waiting room! Better hope no one is sick because they'll be right in your face!

The billing department is questionable at best, dishonest at worst, often failing to bill until months, sometimes even years later- very inconvenient if you aren't rich to just suddenly owe hundreds!



Bottom line: if you want to be treated like dirt in a cramped little office, then this is the dentist for you!

If you want to be treated with respect by pleasant professional staff then stay away from Lakeshore Dental! Truly an awful place!
