I am a healthcare professional, and was horrified with the experiences I had at this clinic. I was left in the waiting room 3 hours with an appointment and without an explanation of the delay. I left without being seen, the 3rd attempt I had made to establish myself as a new patient. People were being seen in a timely manner and when I inquired about the delay a third time, an hour and a half after my appointment time, was told there were no rooms to put me in. The office staff were also of no help and offered no reasonable explanation. I never saw a physician so I cannot comment on the professional staff, but was not happy with the outcome of my visit.
