We had an awful experience with EMERG NC. What was originally projected at 3-5 weeks took 3 months (without a kitchen or laundry room with an infant) and is still incomplete; we were told at least twice that our job (over $30K) was "small" and "nothing" and they had bigger, more expensive projects to focus on. During our consult, the contractor did not document our plans, causing miscommunication and unsatisfactory work. They abandoned the project after a series of problems that were a direct result of the contractor measuring incorrectly and purchasing inadequate materials. We will be using a contractor at significant personal expense to repair/complete what they were unable or unwilling to do, yet we were charged the full amount. The contractors we have recently met with for repairs have remarked about the poor work. We tried to contact the president about our concerns, but were met with condescension and an unprofessional attitude. There are much better options in our area.
