Well my husband and I had been patients for years I recently had emergency kidney surgery and my husband had a lot on him with home and kids and he's a disabled veteran and our son has autism and with everything missed an appointment that he got an email like the next day as a reminder. He does the right thing and calls asap and the lady jean was horrivle and wouldn't listen and was rude and tells my husband he won't be put on the schedule ever again. Only once has anything like this happen then to add insult to injury we get a nasty letter saying they would no longer see anyone in our family. Its really sad because my husband and I really liked them and the work they do I just wish they were understanding about this one emergency situation
