Do Not Hire!!! Spent three days without a working bathroom in my house because of this guy! Removed a toilet using a reciprocating saw, at one time had 3 inches of water flooding my bathroom, and treated me (the home owner) like I was his apprentice! Never arrived on the job before 1:00 pm as though it was a part-time job to supplement his retirement, which is what he needs to do...retire! Also made daily trips to the local Ace Hardware for parts which took an average of 90 minutes each time. Bounced every tool and saw he used off my porcelain tile floor and even caught him scraping a large plumbers wrench across the floor with his foot! On the third day he wasn't allowed back in my house again, I found a professional plumber who came within an hour and fixed our issue within 20 minutes. The professional couldn't believe what a hack job Cappy's had done and spent an additional hour repairing the damage! Today, I'm spending the day cleaning up the mess left from Cappy's Plumbing!
