I had a house for sale by owner as is cash sale the buyer viewed the home 2 days valued homes at 225,000 buyer was cash buying for 85,000...so we went in to mr atkins for the start of the closing prosess he calls buyer in first?? had door closed for 30 mins and buyer and him comes out and buyer backed out!! came all the way from Cal...mr atkins told him to get inspections well and sptic updates which I had buyer to call county to verify all,etc..... this was as is buy he isn't a agent he is a lawyer... AND I BOUGHT 2 HOMES AND HE WAS THE LAWYER ON SAME KINDA DEAL HE DIDNT TELL ME ALL THIS ON MY BUYS!!!!NEVER THE LESS THE BUYER MISSED A HECK OF A BLESSING OF DEAL!!!! ...
