I would like to take this opportunity to respond to the review from "truthseeker69" regarding their experience with TMS Contracting, LLC. It saddens me when I read information that is inaccurate or squed and also based on one individual's opinion. It goes without saying, but to inform those who have yet to become acquainted with TMS Contracting, LLC, I state the following...TMS Contracting, LLC had established a long standing professional, ethical and palatable approach to each aspect of the construction industry. TMS Contracting, LLC understands the intrinsic value of its employees, clients and community partners. TMS Contracting, LLC has a positive regional/national reputation that is easily accessible to those within the construction industry and those within the area it serves. In a time/culture where information is seen as fact only because of the venue or the intensity in which the information is presented there must be a source to see the truth. If you the readers are truly interested in the truth just to the following...when you see a TMS Contracting, LLC sign, stop and ask someone within the organization or on the job site "What do you think of this company?". I know you will find the same "truth" I did. TMS Contracting, LLC is a fine company trying to make a positive difference in the community it serves.

Horrible company as far as how they treat their employees.They hired my husband and soon as the project he was working on was finished they laid him off.He only worked a month.Not only did they lay him off but they laid others off.Soon as a project is complete they no longer have use for their employees so they get rid of them without a heads up notice.I feel that is wrong and they shouldn't hire people just to get jobs done quicker then lay them off more so before they worked their ten weeks and can not draw unemployment.And when my husband called them a couple weeks later to ask if there was any work the lady who answered was rude and said well we aren't hiring and hung up on him.So she is as dirty as this company is.If you are seeking employment please do not consider this company and far as using this company to built something for you please take into consideration how unfairly and wrong they treat their employees so they will probably treat everyone as such.TMS you know a lot of people you hire and do this to have families and children.How can you sleep as night knowing you did this?More so to my husband who is a VET and fought for you to get rich and sit on your butts and lay off employees who really need the job and money.You should be ashamed of yourselves.
