This is my favorite tanning salon in this area.you don't need a contract to tan and its just a relaxed place to go. I don't have to worry about the snobby people at other salons. The people who work here are always friendly and helpful and the place is never too crowded when I go.

I went there based on a great review. The lady who sold me my package was really nice and I thought, "Wow, this place is really super!" I've been in salons where the atmosphere was a little nicer but what I really care about is good customer service and good equipment. My second visit was ok. My third trip was what started my dissatisfaction and the "manager" finished it off when I took my dissatisfaction to her. The door says they are open 9am to 9pm but when I arrived there at 8:40 the young lady got up and locked the door. When I asked about the time, she said, "Sorry we don't do tans after 8:30.. I called the manager today to ask why the door says 9pm if they indeed close at 8:30 or there isn't a sign saying last tan at 8:30. She made no apology and still said although they should have asked me what I needed, insisted they were open till 9pm. I felt I should have received at least token recompense for my time and trouble, but I didn't even get an apology.POOR customer service!

I have been going to this tanning salon for over 3 years now. I bought a huge package of minutes about that long ago and there is no limit to how long it takes you to use up those minutes. You do not ever lose them. They have a great Ultra Bronze bed that works just awesome. The girls that work there, I do not know any of them personally but they have always been very polite, helpful and pleasant. The rooms are always kept clean and so far I have rarely had to wait long if at all when I walk in for an unplanned tanning session. They have great toning beds as well, a standing unit to kill those side streaks and a great line of lotion products. The prices cant be beat. They always have new package deals each month that save you big bucks. For instance this month you can buy 4 ultra bronze tans for $100 bucks, they are regular $60 bucks each. There are unlimited tan deals for 25 bucks frequently as well. I highly recommend this place.
