I called and inquired about a 1000uF microfarad capacitor. The gentleman on the phone said they have at least 30 in stock. I inquired what closing time was, and was informed they close at 5:00pm. I stated I could make that as it was 4:40pm and I live just 10 min away. I arrived at 4:51pm with 3 employees dashing for their vehicles, averting looking my way. Needless to say I wont go back tomorrow, and will inform anyone who mentions electronic equipment what transpired with me. I own a business and have many business contacts. You just never know how just one customer can affect you in a positive or negative manner, especially in this economy. Yes, its under a $3.00 purchase. But you cant put a price on customer service!
