These apartments are horrible. Neighbors are inconsiderate. There's always party's going on in the breezeways. Loud music through the parking lots all night long. The apartment complex behind these is full of thugs and is very dangerous. HORRIBLE APTS.

Moving to a new city is scary, and so is looking for a place to live. I found these apartments online before we moved to Clarksville, and I wouldn't take it back for anything. The staff in the office are wonderful women. They are very helpful in answering any questions you have, and if you have a maintenance problem, they get right on it. All apartments have either balconies (2nd floor) or thier own patios (1st floor). The aparments are right across the street from an elementary school, and just down the road a little is the middle and high schools. Shopping is just 10 minutes away, and best of all the hospital is just a 5 minute drive. And if you are military, the base is a good 25 minutes away, but be sure to use I-24N to get there, or it will take 40 minutes going through town. The whole time we lived there, I didn't hear any of the neighbors making noise from inside their apartment. The residents are nice and friendly. And there is an outdoor pool, and clubhouse.
