I'm going to start off by saying that i appreciate Mr. Expert a lot . I went to school for heating ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) for 15 months. When I graduated I couldn't find a job, but Mr. Expert gave me a chance. It's challenging at times, but I can honestly say I enjoy my job. Thanks Mr. Expert!!
I ll start off by saying this is the first time I ve left a review for service I ve received and that is because this is the first time I was very happy. I bought my house last year and it came with this nice builtin Subzero refrig which is very nice and of course a year later I start having problems with it. I ended up needing to have the sealed system in it replaced. I called Mr. Expert as a referral from a coworker and as promised they did a great job at a great price. I will continue to use them for any of my future appliance repair needs
Very polite, courteous and on time. Would definitely recommend this company. Jorge was able to repair my refrigerator in a very timely manor. Just don't count on the 30 minute call prior to arrival, but hey, that's not much of a complaint.

The technician was so nice and well educated about my washer.. the washer was vibrating really loud, other companies said it was unbalanced loads or too much soap. Mr Expert came out and checked everything and found the problem. yes it was my fault! but I'm glad he found the problem. this was friday and we use the washer over and over and it sound like brand NEW. thank you..

Wow! This technician knows his stuff. I had to other companies that kept saying the compressor was bad. It was the inverted board . Save me couple hundreds dollars. TY Again for the bottom of my heart.

The gentleman that came to my house on Blackpatch dr ,Springfield,tn,was nice as soon as he looked at it he knew what to do.I called the office the day before asking when he was coming and for a courtesty call,the lady I talked with said they didn't do that any more and she was not as friendly as some of the orthers.

I called mr. Expert on Christmas day, the only company that answer there phone on a holiday. They come out and fix my refrigerator. Thank you guys!
