The apartment manager is shady and mean. She will nickel and dime you to death and has run off so many maintenance men that I've lost track of how many we've had. Save yourself some trouble, find some place else to rent. I don't know why she hasn't been fired yet.

APARTMENT MANAGER IS NOT VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE/ORGANIZED AND DOES NOT RUN APARTMENT COMMUNITY LIKE IT SHOULD BE RAN. MANY COMPLAINTS ABOUT NOISY NEIGHBORS, PROBLEMS INSIDE APARTMENTS BEING FIXED "BAND-AID STYLE" AND NOT ACTUALLY REPAIRED/REPLACED, VERY THIN WALLS/FLOORS/CEILINGS/ETC. (YOU CAN HEAR EVERYTHING GOING ON IN OTHER APARTMENTS AROUND/BESIDE/ABOVE/BELOW YOU-NOT GOOD FOR COUPLES WITH NEW BABIES OR NIGHT JOBS!!)
