RENTERS BEWARE!!!

I have been years in the military and rented my whole life. I never had such a bad realty company. These people have a third company that run their online payment. These company deletes the payments at the beginning of the month and if you don't call Keystone before the 5th of the month, they charge us 25$ dollar late fee per day. Even tho it wasn't your fault that your payment did not go through. They charge you 5 dollars for bulbs, even tho you leave bulbs in case they burn after you move out. They also charge you for half of the painting of the entire house and for doing the landscaping, even when the grass was mowed before the moving out. They will take most of your deposit!I do not recommend them to any military family. They extremely money hungry and tricky people, get away from them!

This is an absolutely horrible company to rent from. From day one they have not kept their word. No one person in this company ever tells you the same thing. If you have an issue with your unit, you are better off calling someone to come out and fix it then you are to wait on them. Although I will say they don't come out and bother you but they dont come out to fix things either.
