      Seek your mortgage elsewhere!! We were given an FHA good faith estimate but the final totals were about $1700 higher. We weren't told about this until the day before closing so we went ahead and closed anyway because by then we had already ordered utility services moved, trash pick up can had been delivered, DirecTV installation ordered, etc and was under contract with the house owner to close the next day or risk losing that particular house. The day after we closed we realized that Castle Rock (the owner) had ALSO gone behind our back and moved our FHA private morgage insurance premium of $3100 from our closing costs good faith estimate over into our mortgage loan amount. Add the $1700 we realized the day before closing to the $3100 we discovered the day after closing and we paid $4800 more in loan servicing fees than was disclosed to us in our good faith estimate. Angry doesn't even begin to describe how we feel right now. BEWARE!
