Wonderful experience. Very friendly staff. Minimal wait for my appointment and I was worked in same day.
I didn't even get to the office. Staff was super rude when trying to schedule my first visit. I called a few moments after 5pm and the machine picked up, but then someone picked up. I asked for an appointment as I was new in town, the girl said there was one the next morning which was too soon for me. When I inquired about an appointment two days out or possibly three she sighed deeply and explained NOT for NEW patients. I asked if they were open Friday and once again she sighed deeply and hung up on me. WOW! Called back and it went to the machine. Not motivated to have to deal with this absolutely unprovoked attitude in person, my family will be visiting another dentist in our new town.
