Well, after seeing a car wash on 10th Street in Jeffersonville go downhill fast when the previous owner gave the business to his son, I decided to travel to Clarksville and check out the River Falls Car Wash on Vaxter Avenue. I heard it was great years ago, but it was a little out of my way. I tried it out a couple times, plus had a car detailed inside. I honestly can't rate this place even average on all points. Apparently, the old owner sold out and the quality went down Big League. I paid for the BEST wash you can buy and had to return for them to finish the treatment they said I would get. Even after coming back a 2nd time I needed to put some effort in myself when I got home. Unfortunately, I had already put my wife's car on for a detail and asked specifically for a certain detailer and told twice she would do it. She didn't do it so I didn't get a great job. My wife and I spent so.easy time on her car when I got home due to the detailer not "doing their job." When I pay a detailer to detail my car I expect the steering wheel to be cleaned and the center console cleaned. Funny, the back console did get cleaned. Kudos for that. The car looked better than what it did before I brought it in, sor if that is all you care about then go to this car wash. If you want your car DETAILED like you would do yourself, don't be surprised when it isn't. Unless of course you can get Tasha to do it. I trust she would do it right. I was told on two separate occasions Tasha would detail my car. She did not. I was lied to. It is unacceptable behavior to me. I could say more detailed things, but it isn't worth anymore of my time at this point. Just beware of spending money at this business. It is disappointing.

While the River Falls Car Wash and Detail did an excellent job of cleaning the interior and exterior of the car, when I called and asked about coming in to have the interior cleaned they stated that they were closed but that they would take the car at 1:30pm. They called me a few mins before 1:30pm and said they were closing shop and I needed to reschedule for the next day. When the car was ready they called but then called a few hours later to say they were closing because they were expecting rain. Their hours that are posted state they close at 6:00pm. Even though they did a good job with the interior, I would DEFINETELY not recommend using them unless you want to be rushed out the door because there might be a "chance" of rain later.
