I purchased a 1993 Grand Prix on Monday August 23rd my a long with $1000 55 auto protection warranty 6 mos 6,000 mile. My power steering has completely went out 3 days later I cannot drive my vehicle at all w/out steering was told it would be a month before they could fix this issue and advised me to buy a case of fluid for the vehicle at my own expense and they will not compensate for the cost of having another mechanic fix this at a sooner date nor each time I leave in my vehicle the fluid I have to put in my vehicle. The customer service I was given was "there's not options nor anything we can do to help you" I'm also expected to pay my weekly payment of $85 in order to keep this broken down vehicle I purchased a week ago and cannot drive. I would strongly encourage anyone interested in purchasing from Jim Butner to absolutely NOT purchase from them. The customer service is very poor the amount of money you spend to cover your vehicle and not get what is owed to you as the purchaser when your vehicle is useless to you only a week later is defiantly not something you want to go through in any given circumstance. I will be returning my vehicle and finding a more customer oriented dealer that follows through on warranties ect

I have done business there for over 18 yes. Im on my 10th car from there. No one can purchase a used vehicle, and exspect not to have some problems. I stand behind this dealership 100% signed...... zoomy.

I have an awesome experience here! I have had some credit issues so I wasn't sure if I should even try. However, I am so glad that I did. They found me a car and although it isnt in tip top shape it is getting me from A to B! I realize that it is a used car and it isn't going to be perfect but I am just happy that I get a chance to rebuild my credit some. Because they took this chance on financing me I will be a long time customer for them!

Most car dealers are shady, but Jim Butner is one of the worst!! Beware and avoid this place at all cost!! Their cars are in poor mechanical condition. I should have walked away when I test drove a car and it overheated within 3 miles! A friend of mine later bought a car here that caught fire same day he purchased it! They do NOT stand behind what they sell. They also don't adhere to their own paperwork. Paperwork states that there is a 5 day grace period after payment is due before they look for you. My car was taken from my place of employment on the 4th day, leaving me stranded! Whats worse, there would not have been an issue if they stuck to the aggreement because I was paying the payment that day! Avoid Jim Butner at all cost!

They can be great to work with BUT remember if you go there, they WILL REPO your car if your payment is just ONE DAY LATE!!!
