I took my daughter to Dentistry Plus for her first check up and it went really well. I also took my niece whom i have been raising for a year, she had never been to a dentist and she is 10. She was very nervous, but the friendly staff help ease her worries and the dentist was concerned with her worries. She had made a big deal of it for nothing.

If you have a problem going to dentists this is the perfect place for you. The staff is very nice and helpful and Dr. James is excellent - especially to a person who has major fears and phobias of dentists. I had a really bad experience as a child with a dentist which affected most of my life. Just hearing a dentist drill or walking into an office would break me out in cold sweat and tense up immediately. I had previously been a patient of Dr. Ogle and he was OK, but he didn't seem to be sympathetic or understanding of my problem. When I met with Dr. James and explained my problem she was very, very understanding (as well as the staff). The staff made my first visit with them comfortable, relaxing and almost pain free. She has a special way of injecting Novocaine so that it isn't as painful as it usually is. She then proceeded to fill my cavities, which were bad, the atmosphere was kept fun and light as possible. I now have very little fear when I need to get my teeth worked on.

did get great service from ladies at the front desk but as for the service that I had done on my teeth, it was okay but could have been better. The person that had worked on my root canal actually got a piece of the drill stuck in the root of my tooth as they were getting the root of the tooth out. They did send me to a specialist but they were unable to remove it and never actually fixed anything. All they did was say that it might be in some pain for a couple days, in which it was, but the dentist who sent me there did not pay for the services that they did....even though they did not do anything except try to get it out put the filling back on top and charged me for a full root canal. Although this did happen I would still say they are a good dentist but they should have paid for the mistake that they made. My tooth has never been fixed still to this day and sometimes when I chew even soft stuff pieces of my tooth keep falling off. This wouldnt of happened if Dr.Ogle was still there
