i.e., Ms. Huffman is very unprofessional. She did an appraisal on a house I was purchasing. Upon her first inspection she cited a few repairs that needed to be done. When those repairs were completed, she went back out to verify that those repairs had been completed and conveniently found some more repairs to be done. I called to ask her how she was paid. I asked her if she had a flat fee, or, was she paid for each trip that she had to make out to the house. She got very defensive and finally admitted that she got a fee for the initial appraisal and then got a trip fee for each additional trip that was ordered by the lending institution. When I asked if the lending institution would order another trip if additional things were added to the report, she said I was wasting her time and not to call her back. She also refused to give me her state license number and told me that if I "knew so much" I could find it on my own. A local favorite, or highly recommended because
