I ordered a headstone for my daughter that passed away and paid over $5,000.00 for it. This was ordered in June it is now September and I still don't have a headstone. Every time I call I get another excuse as to why it's not ready yet. I like any parent would do got upset and I am tired of the excuses. They had the nerve to say I bet your daughter (who just passed) would be proud of the way you are acting. How low down and disgusting is this company to take my money, not deliver the product, and attack me when I asked where it was. I honestly do not know how this company is still in business. If you look at the reviews they have done this to many people. Its a shame a company like this is taking advantage of people at their weakest moments. Please tell everyone Do NOT give this company any money. I promise you the product will never be delivered as promised. I just wonder how many other "maybe elderly" people they have done this to that never said anything.

i do not think if you want your headstone in 8 weeks you should go to another company. i placed my order in oct.2018 and i still dont have it yet. i was told april 1 2019 it was ordered again and guess what it has been 8 week and it is june 19 2019 and still no headstone. and it was paid for in full 2,450.00 but he does not return phone calls .and tells you something when you do see him but it is never true. this place doesnt even deserve one star

I feel that the new owner of WV Memorial will give the best deals in the area. He is empathetic, trust worthy, and knows how to help his customers through a difficult time.
