Our responsibilities include screening tenants, writing leases, rent collection, payment of all bills, yearly maintenance and licensing of all operating systems, fire protection systems and security systems, procuring insurance quotes, snow removal, landscaping, pest control, and preparing reports for owner’s accountants. We issue monthly financial reports via Quicken Rental Property Manager program.
