Jeffrey J. Rea has over 20 years of experience concentrating in the areas of construction, real estate development, commercial and consumer fraud law. The firm's clientele consists primarily of commercial owners and developers, construction management, general contracting and specialty trade firms, construction surety companies and other corporations engaged in a variety of disciplines relating to the construction and public infrastructure industries. Over the years, Mr. Rea has gained extensive experience in representing contractors, design professional and project owners on claims attributable to change orders, unforeseen site conditions and project delays. He has also drafted and negotiated a substantial number of agreements for private and public construction jobs, as well as other significant business transactions relating to construction and real estate development. In addition, Mr. Rea and his firm have represented scores of homeowners in New Jersey on contract and consumer fraud claims relating to incomplete and defective work on substantial home improvement projects.
