We spent over fifty thousand on our pool. For the first several years, everything was fine. Then the guys forgot to drain the pipes when they closed the pool. resulting in cracked pipes on the part of the system that you hook the pool cleaner up to.Their fix: they simply closed those pipes off! Glamour has still not fixed this, and it has been over two years! Their crew was supposed to be here on Thursday or Friday to clean the pool for us and figure out why we have a terrible algae problem. They never showed up. We have a big party tomorrow, and a pool that is all green! I am so fed up with them at this point. Dont know what the problem is, but someone has clearly dropped the ball. Quality control is non-existent. Dont know how they are doing with installations these days, but I would strongly advise anyone considering doing a pool with them to go elsewhere. The installation is just the beginning. You need someone who will be there to deal with issues and who has crews who know what they are doing.

they did not stick to the timeline, pool was done a few months late, some of it is still not completed 1 year after. They simply don't come through with many of their promises. Do not recommend them at all.

We've had 2 pools done by Glamour, no problems with the 1st, 2nd one is 5th season and about 10 tilles cracked in the pool and several fell off in the spa after the 1st year. Still not fixed after calls every season to do so. Spend a lot of money for this pool, poor service.

we got our pool installed from Glamour and it's always nerve racking to spend so much money and not know what kind of service you going to get, but they were awesome and we love our pool.. Would highlt recommend..

Glamour installed a pool for us, unbelievable.. We're extremely happy with it, it's a paradise in our backyard. Awsome for parties and just relaxing!!!!
