Family & Children's Services is a private, nonprofit human service organization, offering counseling, education and prevention programs to the community since 1925. It is one of the leading human service providers in northeastern Oklahoma. The organization provides counseling services, parenting education, literacy programs, marriage and family strengthening programs, early childhood services, community- and school-based services and mental health services for adults and children. The organization is certified by the Oklahoma Department of Mental Health and Substance Abuse Services to provide alcohol and drug abuse treatment, as well as Medicaid services. Located in Tulsa, Okla., Family & Children's Services is approved by the Council on Accreditation for Services to Families and Children.
