Unprofessional. The stylist, who is an owner, was dressed like a slob and her hair was a mess. Her fat, tattooed breasts were practically falling out of her shirt. She started my appointment almost 10 minutes late because she was having a personal conversation with a friend, gossiping about a mutual friend of theirs. During the service she stopped several times to text. I was shocked at how tacky and unprofessional she was. I will not go back to Shearly Top Notch nor would I recommend it to anyone.
