Terrible office!! Do not go to them. First I did my taxes online and the program screwed up 3 times so I went in to get them to do my taxes so I would not end up getting audited. The women that did my taxes was supposed to be one of the most experienced so of course she just copied what I did on my taxes and charged me $400!! She did not even take the time to look for other ways to save me money even though they had no problem raping me to get theirs. Then she said you can get a forwarded amount of money on the Emerald Card, either $500 $1500 or $1750. I asked if it was based on your credit...She said NO WAY, it is based on your taxes and how much you are getting back.. What a lie. They texted me the next day and said you are denied. I called them and they said I was denied due to BAD CREDIT RATINGS. WTF??? She purposely lied to me. Worst of all, she had all of my return put on the card although I asked for it to go to my bank account. The worthless manager Alyssa said Oh sorry come in and we will fill out a paper to have it go to your account. I dd and sent two copies in, one by mail and one they faxed. Of course when my return came, all went on the Emerald Card???? I called the IRS and they said that Alyssa knew better that it would not work like that and she was most likely trying to get rid of me. I threw a fit and she said she would put in to get my money back for my taxes and the woman who prepared my taxes would get reprimanded. After 10 calls and 3 weeks of her ignoring me I called HR Block main number to put in a claim. A week later they told me she should have called because she told them I would not be getting my money back. After all of this I have gone through HELL trying to use this stupid card and they just do not care...LIARS LIARS!!! Do NOT use them. Over charged and scammers.

Highly recommended. Phyllis Gagnon is an expert at doing taxes and has been doing it for many years. I wouldn't have anyone else do my taxes.
