I purchased a letterman Jacket from another company and needed a couple more patches.I always try to use local business so I thought I would give Monographics a call because they make chenille patches. Bt because I only needed patches and not other services from them (sewing them on) They were disinterested in what I need lacked customer service. They claim to be a small mom and pop shop but if they do not get all of your business they can't be bothered.Was not impressed. So I am willing to pay more for better service through another company. I will definitely let all my friends who will be purchasing Letterman Jackets to go else were.
