      Dr. Horowitz is a very kind hearted doctor giving his patients his undivided attention even going above and beyond outside normal business hours...

      Though knowledgeable, he can be borderline arrogant and will think nothing of speaking to other patients on his cell phone DURING your session. If you're seeking a psych that will devote his attention to you this is NOT the doctor.
