User Rating: 1 out of 5 stars by statbrat55 11/04/2010 My daughter and I purchased tires for her vehicle 2 months ago. The car felt "wobbly" to her about 5 weeks later. We thought it needed an alignment and 'put it on our 'to do list'. This past weekend the tire was so loose it nearly fell off causing her to drive into a curb. The A arm is now cracked and it bent her axle. Since I have done business with this store for over 20 years, I contacted them to see if they would help with our repair bill. I am not very savvy on car talk and gave the phone to a family friend that is. The alignment person had transferred us over to some other employee that ended up in an argument with our friend- even dropping an "F-bomb" during the conversation!! REALLY??? I am still in shock. We were to bring the wheel in for them to look at. I think not. We should probably just look elsewhere for our vehicle needs. Our only redemption? I am manage & own 2 businesses that deal with the public; we will tell 3 people and they will tell 3 people and....you get the idea. Mr. Schwab would be positively horrified by this inept service from a NW grown company we thought we could trust.
