I purchased a Spyder Auto headlight set for my BMW 325i E46. I had an issue with the rubber boot for the low beam and E-mailed Daniel Velasco in technical support and responded very quickly. Without questions, he sent me what I needed. That is what I call customer service. The next one I purchased was a set of taillights for the same car. When I got it, it came with only one red taillight bulb, instead of two. I called Daniel and explained that two taillights needs two bulbs. He explained that in Europe, they use this bulb for the fog light in the rear so they come with one red bulb. After explaining that the car is not European, he sent me another red bulb. That is service. Daniel Velasco is a great asset to Spyder Auto and I hope that the upper management recognize this. I would not hesitate to recommend Spyder Auto for automotive accessories needs and if you have any problems/questions about your purchase, call Daniel. He is the guy who is willing to help and make things right for you.
