THEY WILL TELL YOU WHAT YOU WANT TO HEAR TO GET YOUR BUSINESS. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR CONTRACT AND MONEY THAT IS ALL THEY CARE ABOUT. THIS BUSINESS NEEDS TO BE SUED OR SOMETHING TO START HOLDING THEM ACCOUNTABLE FOR THEIR ACTIONS TOWARDS THEIR CUSTOMERS. THEY WILL MAKE YOUR EVENT WHATEVER IT IS HORRIBLE! THEY ARE UNORGANIZED, AND HAVE NO SENSE OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEY WILL BLAME THE VENUE, THE TRAFFIC, YOU AND THE OTHER VENDORS FOR ALL OF THEIR CLEAR MISTAKES. THEY DO NOT TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR ACTIONS AND DO NOT TRY TO FIX ANYTHING THEY DO WRONG. THEY KNOW THAT YOU ARE STUCK WITH THEM THE DAY OF AND HAVE NO OTHER CHOICE SO THEY COULD CARE LESS IF YOU ARE SATISFIED OR NOT. I RECOMEND YOU SAVE YOURSELF AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS (I HAVE A HARD TIME EVEN SAYING THIS IS A BUSINESS, SEEMS MORE LIKE A SCAM)! YOU WILL REGRET IT. PAY ATTENTION TO THE REAL REVIEWS FROM THE CUSTOMERS NOT THE ONES FROM THE PEOPLE WHO WORK THERE PRETENDING THEY ACTUALLY HAVE GOOD BUSINESS PRACTICES.

Every time my fiancé goes here to get flowers, the women in there make drop dead gorgeous bouquets! 100% satisfied every time.

They didn't show up at the business for us to pick up the flowers for my girlfriends daughters wedding. We were just one of three families that day that were left hanging. They called 4 hours later, wanting to deliver the order, but the bride had made other arrangements. Can you believe they were mad? And, they won't give back the vases purchased by the bride that the table centers went in! Cheap, rude, unreliable! Too bad no stars isn't an option!

Buyer Beware! Horrible customer service and product. I ordered flowers for my step daughter for Mother's Day. They were delivered a day later than promised. She texted me the following morning and said I should call florist for a refund because the flowers were dead when she woke up (less than 24 hours after delivery). She texted to pictures of wilted dead flowers. I called the florist and eventually spoke to the manager who was rude and would only offer to deliver her new flowers 3 DAYS LATER! I told her that was not good enough and I just wanted a refund (less than $70). She refused and hung up on me. I called back and asked for the owner. She said she would not be in under the next day and I could call then. I asked her to have the owner call me and she hung up again. I called the next day (today) and talked to a nice girl named Shannon. She said she'd speak to the owner and I thought I was finally going to get this resolved. She would only offer a $100 gift certificate for more flowers (no thanks...at this point I had already mailed my step daughter and card and some money). Don't be fooled by the Christian fish displayed on their website....this business is anything but Christian. Screwing customers over!

I purchased rose petals for my daughter's wedding and was unhappy with the amount provided (very small bags) and condition of the petals (brown edges and wilted) and would not use this company again.

I used this florist for my wedding five years ago 4/10/04 and was very happy with the service I got and with the price. They are a low overhead shop so that they can charge you less for their beautiful work. If you are expecting and wanting a boutique where you will be offered wine and symphony music while you choose your selections, this isn't the place for you. Please read your contract, they do not set up the venue for you, this also allows them to charge less for the flowers.



I was an "older" bride (38 at the time) and just wanted elegant flowers but nothing extravagant. I felt like they understood what I wanted and made great suggestions to help me pick just the right things. I was able to send my designated person to pick up the flowers for me and had absolutely no issues. The flowers were in great shape and got lots of compliments!

i love them!!!! this is the third wedding we have used them for with me and my friends. you have to go there . they were way less money and the cymbidiums and roses were great. thanks again. love sally
