Terrible customer service. Everytime I go there and ask for help, I wait and wait and wait and nobody ever comes! And when I start running people down, they are always in a rush and are very rude. Next time I'm going to OSH or HOME DEPOT!

I was shopping at Lowes last week with my dog Princess and Lon in the garden department asked me if I needed any help. Well of course I did! Ant killer, bird seed, lawn fertilizer, all those boring products that are a must. Well...... Lon made the whole experience very delightful. He was witty, fun and extremely helpful. My little Princess even liked him.
