I am from out of state and was at the Thirsty Parrot Bar for New Years Eve with a group from the area. The place was friendly, owner came over and introduced himself and that was a nice surprise. The people in the bar (even those not with our group) made me feel at home. Drinks were good, food was excellent, prices were right and when I come back to Circleville I will be sure to stop by the Thirsty Parrot. David Mulldune
